Bravas Boutique cares deeply about your privacy. Therefore, we only process data we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we collect about you and your use of our services with care. We never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the Bravas Boutique website and the services provided therein. These terms and conditions are effective December 18, 2019; the publication of a new version renders all previous versions invalid. Web store software

Shopify

Our online store is developed using Shopify software. Personal data you provide to us for our services is shared with this party. Shopify accesses your data to provide us with (technical) support, but will never use your data for other purposes.

Shopify is obligated to implement appropriate security measures under our agreement with them. These measures include SSL encryption and a strict password policy.

Shopify also uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software. No personal data is collected or stored in this process. Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to improve its services.

Version

We use Versio's services for our regular business email communications. This provider has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Versio does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email communications confidentially.

Payment processors

Shopify Payments

We use the Shopify Payments platform to process (some of) the payments in our online store. Shopify Payments processes your name, address, city of residence, and your payment information, such as your bank account or credit card number.

Shopify Payments has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Shopify Payments reserves the right to use your data to improve its services and may share (anonymized) data with third parties for this purpose.

In the event of a request for a deferred payment (credit facility), Shopify Payments may share personal data and financial information with credit agencies. All the aforementioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to parts of the service for which Shopify Payments engages third parties.

In some cases, Fera may contact you to clarify your review. When we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with Fera. This information will only be used to send you an invitation to leave a review.

Fera has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Fera also reserves the right to engage third parties to provide their services. We have given Fera permission to do so. All the aforementioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which Fera engages third parties.

Shipping and logistics

DHL and PostNL

We use the services of to send your order DHL and PostNL. To process and deliver your order correctly, we share your name, address, and contact information with these carriers.

DHL and PostNL use this information solely to complete the delivery. In some cases, they may contact you for additional information about the delivery. Both parties have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

DHL and PostNL may engage third parties, such as local delivery partners, to provide their services. Data protection safeguards remain in effect. Your data will not be retained longer than necessary based on statutory retention periods.

Invoicing and accounting

Paperdork

We use Paperdork's services to manage our administration and accounting. We share your name, address, city of residence, and details regarding your order. This information is used to prepare and process sales invoices.

Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. Paperdork is obligated to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Paperdork will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

General purpose of the processing

We use your data solely for the purposes of providing our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the order you place. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later date—other than at your request—we will ask for your explicit consent. However, employees will no longer have access to your client profile and any documents we have created as a result of your assignment.

You will receive all copies of data in the machine-readable format we use within our systems.
