Our vintage Boujaad rugs are handwoven in the Atlas region of Morocco. They are made from pure wool, often with vegetable dyes, and are characterised by rich colours, asymmetrical patterns and a lived-in look. Each rug is unique and tells a story; sometimes literally, as the weavers use the patterns to capture personal memories or symbolism.
These Boujaads are often decades, sometimes almost 100 years(!), old, with subtle signs of use that only add to their charm. Perfect for interiors that want to exude warmth, soul and a worldly touch.
